Asian Meatballs Whole 30 and Paleo approved

If you’re looking for something different, I recommend you try this recipe. The sauce flavor is so good as it coats and sticks to the meatballs. In this recipe I found at healthylittlepeach.com, I substituted tapioca flour for the arrowroot flour but you can use regular flour too. You can also use soy sauce instead of coco aminos. I served this with some leftover fried rice mixed with rice cauliflower and it was delicious. There’s a hint of sweetness in the sauce that is balanced with the acidic flavor of the rice vinegar. This would make enough for a meal for 4ish or a meal and leftovers for 2ish. If you are unsure and tentative in the kitchen, this is a really easy recipe to follow and use and I promise when you’re done, you will be happy you tried and conquered this one.
