On a recent camping trip, I wanted breakfasts to be easy so I made omelette bags. I put all the ingredients in a double seal bag so all I had to do is pour it in the skillet and cook. It was a hit. There is no real recipe for this, as you use what you have and everyone can make their own so they are happy about breakfast. I would add a bit of cheese when the omelette is almost finished and voila! You could also make these bags with pancake mix and each person could add their favorite mix in-chocolate chips and blueberries are the favorite in our house. The cleanup is so easy!
